The Awkward Moment…

When you rise 1 hour after you were meant to wake up.

Once the eyes have focused and the digits say 6:45 instead of 5:45, as expected, I contemplated skipping the gym. But I gave myself a mental slap and jumped out of bed.

I  went to the gym, it’s not because I have to or should– because I want to.

I did shoulder and legs but the plan went out the window. Instead, I played a game. How many sets can I do in 20 mins.

Dumbbell front and Lat raisers with rotation (3 sets)

Straight cable raise

High bent over shoulder pullover

45 Leg press (2 sets)

Calf raisers on the leg press (2 sets)

Cable single leg deadlift (2 sets)

Cable side lunge (2sets)


I think that was it…

My point is just because you don’t have a full hour for the gym, go for as long as you can even if its only 15 mins.
