Happy Monday people!!
Today’s Chest day. I had the best start to the day, I got to the gym and my ‘stations’ were already set up! The decline bench was at the Smith machine and another was at the squat rack. I know I know, the squat rack is not meant to be for bench presses. There was just one other guy at the gym, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t mind…
Also, today was tryout at TNT All Stars. My body had forgotten the feeling of cheering; I was drenched in perspiration by the end of the warm ups. It was a great turnout and a great way to kick the body back into gear.
Anyways, Chest, Abs and triceps below!
Duration: 50 mins
Resistance: 12-15 reps
Cardio/Plyo: 15-20 reps
Straight leg sit up
Incline dumbbell press
Decline smith machine press
Close grip bench press
Exercise ball transfers- these were killer, I like ’em!
