Chest it!

Happy (belated) Australia Day!!!!

After a long weekend, it was very challenging to get out of bed this morning to head to the gym. However, I’m glad I did.

Today’s workout hits Chest, abs and triceps- I’m happy to say that I’m recovering- feeling a little tight, but much better than before!

Duration: 40 mins

Resistance: Medium/heavy 10-12 reps

Bodyweight: 20 reps

3 sets, except for abs, I ran out of time, but will do them tomorrow to make up!

Superset 1 

Dumbbell bench press


Superset 2

Barbell incline press

Tricep pressdown

Superset 3

Smith machine decline press

Overhead tricep extension

Superset 4

Close-grip bench press

Leg raises off the bench


Straight leg sit up

Toe touches

Push up (with hand release)

Alternate elbow to knee crunch

V-ups (go super slow!)
