Today’s session was a quick one as I’ve got cheer training later this evening.

Duration: 35 mins

Resistance: 8-12 medium/heavy

3-4 sets

Superset 1

Lat pulldown

Behind the head pulldown

Superset 2

Cable straight arm pulldown

Pull up shrugs + holds + pulses

Megaset 1

Barbell Curl

Dumbbell 45 deg curl

Hammer curl

Barbell reverse grip curl

Stand alone

Dumbbell single arm row- pyramid to 1 rep and medium weight with MAX reps 🙂
