Behind the head pulldown
Cable straight arm pulldown
Pull up shrugs + holds + pulses
Dumbbell 45 deg curl
Barbell reverse grip curl
Dumbbell single arm row- pyramid to 1 rep and medium weight with MAX reps 🙂
