Arms Gym Date

Happy weekend!! I hope you all have had best start to the weekend. I know I have! 

I had a gym date with one of my friends. She wanted to concentrate on arms so this is what we did in under an hour! 

Resistance: 8-10 reps heavy/medium

3-4 sets 

Superset 1

Dumbbell hammer curl

Dumbbell front and lateral raises

Dumbbell overhead press from curl

Superset 2

Barbell bicep curl

Reverse grip bicep curl

Superset 3 

Dumbbell tricep kickback

Dumbbell skull crushers

Superset 4

Tricep rope pull down

Straight arm pull down

Superset 5

Full sit up 

Reverse crunch

Russian twist
