All About the Legs

Hello world! Happy Friday!

I’m feeling stronger today, close to my usual self!

Today’s workout hits legs and a little bit of abs just to finish things off.

Resistance: 8-12 reps Medium/ Heavy

Sets: 4

Superset 1

Barbell squats

Squat jumps

Superset 2

Barbell deadlifts

Lateral step ups

Superset 3

Kettlebell lunge with weight underpass

Kettlebell sumo squats + negatives and 12 fast reps

Stand alone

Exercise ball leg extensions (24 reps)- balance on your tummy, adjust yourself on the ball so that your hips are skimming the ball, with your legs straight out behind, lift them off the ground, squeezing your glutes.

Exercise ball transfers (30 reps)
