I was going to do Plyometric exercises, but decided the squat rack and I need a date.
Duration: 1 hr
Reps: 10-12 reps Heavy/medium
Back squats (set 5 to failure-medium)
Kettlebell Sumo squats
Deadlift (set 5 to failure- medium)
Standing calf raises
Stand alone dropsets
Leg extensions + negatives
Leg curls + negatives
Varying speeds can make a workout interesting and your body guessing 🙂
