H’s Chest Destruction

I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. H as a gym date 2 days in a row! With conflicting work schedules, it can be challenging scheduling a workout together, let alone 2!

Today we hit chest. As mentioned in my previous post, H prefers to concentrate on one exercise at a time 🙂

Duration: 1 hr 15 min


Reps: 12 Heavy/medium


Warm up

Preacher bicep curl

Tricep extensions


Dumbbell bench press

Seated chest press

Incline chest press

Pec machine + negatives

Cable iron cross + holds (Squeeze at the bottom, ladies think boobies together for cleavage)

Tricep press down (straight bar)

Tricep press down (angled bar)

Cable tricep extension

Ab crunch/ crunches (4 sets)

Dumbbell bicep curl


Enjoy this one too, H won’t be joining me tomorrow. 😦

But fear not, we press on!!
