Rest Day Contemplation

Of late, I’ve been thinking about what to do now that I’m no longer Cheerleading. I have a competitive streak, wild as a beast and always hungry for a challenge. I feel the need to appease the beast by engaging in some sort of competitive sport, a social do will suffice.

But what?

Over the years, I have tried various sports and recreation activities; surfing, pole dancing and crossfit, just to name a few. I’ve competed in a few social leagues. My question is, what else is there to try? It’s not solely about the physical aspect, but mental wellbeing too.

I’d appreciate suggestions as I contemplate… 🙂
