I went solo today, but my lovely wrote down his workout for me 🙂

3 Sets of 12 Reps (Heavy!)

Warm up:

Machine preacher Curl

Machine tricep extensions

 

Wide-grip lat pulldown

Behind the head lat pulldown

Fixed pulldown on machine (your lats should be screaming by now)

*tip: on the fix machine pulldown, ensure you extend and flare your lats fully

Bent over barbell row

Law cable row

Tricep pulldown

Ab crunch/crunches

 

Surprise:

Shoulder press
