Lovely Chest Day

Hello folks, today’s workout is yet another one of H’s. Maybe I should do a H series or something.

Here it is…

3 Sets of 12 Reps Heavy 🙂

Warm up

Machine preacher curl

Machine tricep extension

 

Dumbbell bench press

Machine chest press

Pectoral flyes on machine

Incline press

Cable tricep pull down (straight bar)

Ab crunch/crunches

 

H also included the following which I will do tomorrow:

Smith machine bench press

Single arm tricep extension on cable

Single arm tricep pulldown (underhand grip)
