A Thought a Day: Respect

Respect does NOT equate worshipping or a*s kissing.

Respect IS seeing another person as an individual. Regardless of their ethnicity, race, beliefs, political views, sexual orientation…etc.

Respect is NOT about external validation or popularity.

Respect IS recognising that at that moment, at the most primal level, two people connecting and making an impact in each other’s lives.

So it does not matter who the other person is, nor their past.

Acknowledge their presence, embrace their strengths, support their progress and

NEVER put them down.
