I can’t believe we are already in the second day of February!
Travelling is part of my work and sometimes it is not easy to find a gym that is convenient and priced reasonably for my liking. So I need to be able to be creative! One of the things that I have with me for this trip is a power band. Below is a WOD I did today with the power band with a focus on form:
Front Squat- 3 sets of 15
Bicep curl- 3 sets of 10
Strict Military Press- 3 sets of 15
Overhead Squats- 3 sets of 15
Without the band:
Hamstring bridge- 3 sets of 15 (5 left, 5 right, 5 on both legs)
Dish tucks- 3 sets of 10
Push ups with hand release- 3 sets 10
What have you used as improvised weight/resistance?
