Jumpstart: A WOD

I woke with a start which halted the most bizarre dream involving people I work with; an old hospital; giant birds; fallen angels and an eco bag of fireworks.

I did a quick workout below as fast as I could- nothing major, just to get the blood flowing:

50 full sit ups

15 hand release push ups

50 bicycle crunches

15 hand release push ups

25 controlled dish tucks

15 hand release push ups

25 controlled leg raises

15 hand release push ups

Do you know what a Buddha bowl is?
