Equipment:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Power band
  • Wall

3 Rounds for time

  • 20 x Banded seated row
  • 20 x Push up
  • 20 x Squat jumps (with pause at the bottom before exploding up)

Bonus round:

  • 50 Diamond/ Wide knee sit ups
  • 50 Dish Tucks
  • 50 Banded good mornings
