Celebrate the Short Week: A WOD

Its Tuesday and I’m staring at my work desk thinking, “when is it going to end?”- I must say I’m glad it’s a short week!

The stacks of papers and post-its everywhere is unfortunately a reflection of my headspace.

So let me escape!

For time

50 Dish tucks

15 Push ups with hand release

50 Diamond sit up

15 Push ups with hand release

50 Leg raises

15 Push ups with hand release
