I can’t seem to get enough of citrus! I bought a whole pineapple during the week and threw some into my smoothie to create this beauty!
Pineapples are a great source of vitamin C, B1, B6, Copper and Folate; they are incredibly hydrating too!
- A blender
- Chopping board and knife
- Natural measuring tool- hands!
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
- 1 small handful of Pineapple, chopped
- 1 Kiwifruit
- 25 Pear, chopped
- 1 small handful of Mango, cubed
- 1 small handful of cucumber, sliced
- 250-350mls water
- Combine Spinach with water, blend until well combined
- Add the rest of the ingredients, blitz well
