For My Super Hero: A WOD

It was H’s birthday over the weekend and This WOD was for him 🙂 this was done this afternoon- what a great way to end Monday, celebrating a someone who is everything to me.

3 Rounds for Time

Do not let go of the weight until each round is over, go movement to movement- rest as required…or not at all

  • 15 Hang Cleans
  • 15 Thrusters
  • 15 Overhead Squats

Once we are done with the 3 rounds, move on to what I call H’s Party Pump which is max reps of:

  • Bicep Curls
  • Tricep extensions
