Break the Rules: Bamboo Bowl Foodie

Who says you have to either have a fruit salad or a…umm…. Salad?

Who says you have to eat certain things at certain times of the day?

Your bowl, your food, your choice.

Below you’ll find the delightful elements to the bowl of deliciousness I had from yesterday’s What I Ate post:

  • 2 handful of Spinach
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 0.25 Continental Championship cucumber, sliced
  •  1 small handful of Hazelnut, seed and pine nut mix
  • 0.5 Avocado, cubed
  • 1 small handful of red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 Palm sized Tofu, sliced
  • 1 Kiwifruit, sliced
  • 1 handful of pickled red cabbage (currently obsessed with this!)
  • generous sprinkle of Chia seed
  • juice of 0.25 Lemon
