Focus for the Week: Breath

It’s so easy to get carried away with tasks and responsibilities of life resulting in a jam packed schedule. To breathe is not just the inhale and exhale variety, it includes providing space for one to stop and just be.

It is about the ability to recognise when the breathing space is needed and creating it to do just that.

I encourage you to do the same.

    this is so true Min! I am all for being more productive without distractions when working THEN breathing when we breath and letting outself enjoy the moment completely! xxx
