When the world it going ape and you begin to question life choices something happens and hits you in the feels…
What I am saying is…sometimes we are consumed with chasing something- an ideal, perfection, results that we forget to stop and smell the roses.
Today I found myself getting annoyed because I did not seem to be getting anywhere with my work. Or so I thought. However thanks to my compulsive list making needs, I soon realised that I had completed most of what I had set out to achieve today.
Sometimes it is hard to make that shift but when it happens a weight is lifted. Below is a little something, more of a quick stretch and core work.
- A mat
I cycled through the following until I felt satisfied:
- Child’s Pose
- Downward dog
- Upward dog
- Plank holds
- Hollow body
- Leg lowers
- Dish Tucks
- Side plank holds + Dip
