Woke up today wanting pancakes!
This is my go-to recipe below:
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of water
Combine all the dry ingredients, stir to combine all dry components, make a well and add the water, mix well- the mixture may have some lumps, that’s ok 🙂
Makes delicious fluffy goodness enough for 3!
We topped ours off with banana and strawberries with a drizzle of maple syrup.
