Today’s WOD is a partnered one I did with H. Don’t let the deceptively easy looking WOD fool you!
AMRAP (Rounds and Reps) in 15 minutes
- 2 Cleans (Full)
- 4 Front Squats
- 6 Burpees
- Overhead Plate Holds (Must maintain full lock out, bent arms or dropping of weight from the overhead position means no rep for your partner)
Finish off with 3 rounds of:
- 12 x Weighted walking lunges (each side)
- 12 x Single leg deadlifts (each side)
I wanted to call it quits after 2 but H said , “Didn’t you write 3 rounds?”- this pushed me to finish it. So important to have people who are supportive and who will motivate you when you think you have nothing left in the tank.
