Focus for the Week: Eating My Greens

For me, nutrition tends to fall off to the wayside when I’m busy/ under the pump/ stressed out. In the last week, I’ve noticed that I have not been eating my usually abundant variety of fruits and vegetables.

This week, by bringing awareness to this area, I will make conscious decisions to choose nutrient-dense produce.

I’ll start this off by breaking my fast with a healthy serving of green beans and some fruit if I choose to have some.

I’m feeling pretty good about this focus as I chomped on my heavily vege topped pizza!
