Changing the Game

Sometimes when things don’t work out its an opportunity to think outside the box so that all goals set out for the day can be achieved.

One of the things H and I are going to trial is working out after work, find a park somewhere, smash a workout in before the long drive home.

We’ll see what happens. 🙂

Below is the Ab and Glute circuit for the week:

  • 12 back lunge with forward to a knee raise (each side)
  • 12 banded squat jumps
  • 12 leg lowers
  • 12 jackknives
  • 12 Alternative leg and hand v ups (each side)
  • 12 bridges (banded)
