Sometimes when things don’t work out its an opportunity to think outside the box so that all goals set out for the day can be achieved.
One of the things H and I are going to trial is working out after work, find a park somewhere, smash a workout in before the long drive home.
We’ll see what happens. 🙂

- 12 back lunge with forward to a knee raise (each side)
- 12 banded squat jumps
- 12 leg lowers
- 12 jackknives
- 12 Alternative leg and hand v ups (each side)
- 12 bridges (banded)
