Chesty Tuesday: A WOD

You’ve guessed it, we did chest today at the local gym…If you are wondering why we are visiting the gym instead of heading to the park or doing something at home, this is because we have a 30 day trial at the local gym…just because we can.

We did a relatively short workout today.

  • 4 x 12 Cable fly
  • 4 x 12 Rope Tricep pulldown
  • 4 x 10-12 Heavy Dumbbell bench press dropset to failure for the last set
  • 4 x 10-12 Pec Deck dropset for each set
  • 4 x 10-12 Dumbbell pullover superset tricep plank hold

Finished off with some cardio- half on the stairmaster and half on the treadmill- reason I do this instead of running outside is because it is raining (I don’t like being drenched) and I also want to watch TV! 🙂
