Lazy Legs…is There Such a Thing?: A WOD

Happy Friday fabulous crew!

Can’t go wrong with a leg day before the long weekend. 🙂

  • 5 x 5 Tempo front squats (24X1)
  • 5 x 15 Sumo Squats
  • Superset: 4 x 12 45 leg press followed by 12 seated hamstring curls
  • Superset: 4 x 20 Cable pull through followed by 10 skateboard kickback (Each leg)
  • Superset: 4 x 12 seated calf raises followed by MAX standing calf raises
