- 5 x 5 Tempo front squats (24X1)
- 5 x 15 Sumo Squats
- Superset: 4 x 12 45 leg press followed by 12 seated hamstring curls
- Superset: 4 x 20 Cable pull through followed by 10 skateboard kickback (Each leg)
- Superset: 4 x 12 seated calf raises followed by MAX standing calf raises
