Chest at a New Gym

Hello Bunbury! Thanks for the cold weather, I severly under packed so I may have to pop into the 24 hr Kmart to get some warmer things!

I found a gym close to the accommodation and had a pretty decent workout in the gym.

Today is chest day!!

  • 4 x 15 Cable Fly
  • 5 x 6-8 Dumbell Bench press
  • 5 x 12 Tricep extension
  • 5 x 10 Incline bench press

Followed by some ab action and cardio:

  • 4 x Turkish get up
  • 20 x Alternate leg v ups
  • 20 x Dish tucks
  • 2 x Plate hollow hold
  • the cardio bunny staple- treadmill on an incline
