Deads for Days: A WOD

Oh yeah! Did legs at the gym today and felt really strong on the deadlifts 🙂 This is what I did:

  • 4 x 10-12 Smith machine kneeling squats- focusing on squeezing the glutes
  • 4 x 10 Tempo hack squats (41×1)
  • 5 x 5-8 Deadlifts build to max for 5 reps
  • 3 x 12 Seated single hamstring curl (each leg)
  • 4 x 10 skater kickback followed by 5 skater kickback + pulse + negative

Finished off with abs-2 rounds of the following with a 20 sec weighted hollow body hold between each exercise.

  • 20 x dish tucks
  • 20 x straight leg sit up with shoulder press at the top
  • 20 x weighted glute bridge
  • 20 x leg raises
